From Booking to Delivery
Bookings are done monthy at least three weeks prior to the starting date of the project. Each work on average take one to two weeks to finish with an average of three updates. Check month availability on my instagram.

1.Defining an Idea and Filling out Form:
Once you have reviewed prices and you have a basic idea of what you’d like to commission, the next step is to fill out the booking request. For an accurate quote, please be as detailed as possible: Number of characters, poses, background, symbols… anything that might be important for your illustration or book cover. Fianlly, remenber to add the owner/publishing/print rights you’d like to gave for your project.
After your request is received, it will be evaluated and I will respond with your commission estimate, as well as any questions I may have for further clarification as needed.
2. Locking Down Your Slot:
After receiving and finalizing the project agreement you will receive the contract. The contract is intended to be a mutual agreement that protects both parties. Once the contract is signed, your commission will be officially booked.
Payments are invoiced a few days before the start of the project and are separated in two installments, 50% before start and 50% before final delivery. Payments are done via Paypal, if the client prefers to pay in full please inform during the contract drafting phase, then the full amount will be invoiced before the first sketch.
3. Starting the Work:
After billing the work will begin, if we discussed multiple poses you’ll receive a very rough sketch a few days later to choose which concept to move foward with. Most commonly the concept and pose will already be mostly set so the first update received will be a roughly rendered black and white draft, this is the phase for most alterations, you’ll have the right to 5 free big alterations. After this phase gets approved we will move foward to heavier rendering and color pallet.
4. Finishing and Delivery:
With most of the work set the next update will be to look closely on details and color. After that phase is approved I will move foward with the last step, lighting and magical effects to deepen the atmosphere of the scene. With this final step being approved I’ll send the last invoice and take one day off without working on the piece, the final day I’ll do a final detailed revision to make sure everything looks good before sending the high definition files.
